I find the villains to be some of the most interesting charachters of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon for many reasons. They have complex personalities that are often not found in North American animation, and they often tend to get overlooked in favour of the senshi. After all, you're not supposed to like the bad guys... right?

This anime series is often looked at as being nothing more than a light-hearted kiddie show. That is true, for some, but there are those twisted souls (such as yours truly) who see the show in a slightly different light (or anti-light, as the case may be).
